Our sensors can provide both local position information (where the vessel is relative to its surroundings), and situational awareness (regarding what is around the close vicinity of the vessel). Artemis is a microwave position reference sensor for use in long range marine Dynamic Positioning (DP) applications. The sensor can operate up to 10 km. It is typically used in the offshore operation of offloading and transportation of oil between shuttle tankers and FPSOs.

CyScan AS is a high-performance local position reference sensor specifically engineered for marine Dynamic Positioning (DP) applications. The sensor can operate up to 2.5 km. RadaScan View
Real-time situational awareness for DP operations
RadaScan View is the only radar-based DP reference sensor that also delivers real-time situational awareness. The sensor determines vessel position and heading by accurately measuring the range and bearing of one or more intelligent microwave targets called responders. Based on radar technology, it overcomes many of the limitations associated with DGPS, traditional laser, acoustic and taut-wire systems.

The marinised version of a parking sensor
A targetless radar measuring the distance to the nearest object. It is a plug and play proximity radar to detect unseen objects for vessel protection. With the size of today’s vessels, more variable crew skills and greater bridge complexity, Hazard Detection is essential for safer operations.
RS24
High-resolution short-range radar
RS24 is a high-speed, high-resolution FMCW K-band dome radar. K-band (24GHz) radar has an inherently higher resolution than the S or X bands more typically used for marine radar. Its short-range capability makes it the premier choice radar for situational awareness and hazard detection in densely populated marine environment.
RangeGuard Monopole
Targetless DP sensor for station-keeping at wind turbines
RangeGuard Monopole is targetless dynamic positioning radar sensor measuring the distance against monopile wind turbines. Instead of relying on physical targets, it uses the local environment - typically the turbine’s leg or transition piece - as its point of reference. Because targets can’t be placed on wind turbines, targetless dynamic positioning sensor is essential for safer and faster operations.

SceneScan is a high accuracy rotating laser sensor which provides tracking information relative to natural or man-made structures within the sensor field of view. Most importantly, it doesn’t use reflector targets!
